Afghanistan's future is in the hands of the youth, and their voices must be at the forefront. The youth have played their part well in bringing about lasting change and peace in the country, and they have spared no effort. From the annual Voice of Youth Festival - which raises youth expectations for peace - to the Myredline # movement, Afghan youth have taken a number of initiatives to ensure peace and a better future. But young people need to be given more opportunities to determine their own destiny.
